How to Get Abs of Steel - Right Exercise Plus Right Diet

In this day and age, it seems like everyone is trying to lose belly fat. You turn on the television and you see infomercials, you see expensive gadgets guaranteeing you abs in the easiest way, you see fat-burning gels that claim to melt your fat and give you the flat stomach you've always wanted. But do all these really work? On how to get abs of steel - don't you want the sure way?
So what is the best way to get abs of steel? Exercise and a healthy diet.

Before you get all worked up and say you've done exercises but they never worked, there is a little extra tidbit that you should know when exercising for your abs: you have to make sure that you get to work all your abdominal muscles. Here are a few ways on how to exercise all your ab muscles:
Let's start with a simple one. To work on your waist and get rid of your love handles, all you have to do are cross crunches. They're pretty much like the regular crunches, but here, you twist your body a little. As you crunch, reach for your left knee with your right hand. Do this 20 times and then switch sides.

To exercise your horizontal ab muscles, lie down on your back. Let your knees and legs form an inverted letter L - bend your knees and raise your feet slightly higher than them. Once you are positioned, lift your butt, rolling all the way to your shoulder blades. Roll back down to your tailbone. Shoulder blades, tailbone, shoulder blades, tailbone. Do about 20 of this.
Next, you have to work on your vertical abs. To do this, you can do about 15 small crunches, rolling back only up to your tailbone. And then do 15 big stomach crunches, rolling all the way down to your shoulder blades.
Tailbone lifts can be done to exercise the lower ab muscles. Extend your legs in the air and cross them while lying on your back. Lift and lower your tailbone 20 times. Be sure to do this carefully so you won't hurt yourself.

It would also be nice to work on your lower back since your lower back muscles work together with your ab muscles all the time. You can do inverted crunches for this.
How to get abs of steel does not stop with exercising. You have to remember to be conscious of your diet. Learn how to tame those taste buds and eat the right kind of food only. Remember, your exercises won't work if you don't eat healthy. So get up and start working those muscles - right exercises plus right food equals that elusive flat tummy you've always wanted.
